OAuth data obtained from Google or Microsoft is used solely for sign-in and account management purposes. We do not use OAuth data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any unrelated purposes. This use complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and with Microsoft’s data handling standards.

We process personal data based on the following lawful grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): your consent, especially for cookies and marketing activities; the performance of a contract, for delivering the GetFunded.bio platform and related services; our legitimate interest in securing and improving our systems and communications; and compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We only share information with trusted service providers and subprocessors who support our operations, such as Smartlead for outreach automation, Glide for platform infrastructure, HubSpot for CRM and support, and analytics providers. We may disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or in the event of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, subject to confidentiality protections.

All data is stored and processed within the European Union. If data must be transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally accepted mechanisms under GDPR.

Account data is deleted within 30 days after termination of your subscription. OAuth tokens are deleted upon account deactivation or after a period of inactivity not exceeding 90 days. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months before being deleted or anonymized.

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
